BOEREWORS – A flavoursome spiced beef and pork sausage, traditionally served in a coil. Perfect for barbecues or the classic Braai!
BILTONG – For many South Africans, these strips of salted, dried beef remain the ultimate snack. Made from fresh topside or silverside, carefully flavoured and air-dried to perfection.
DROEWORS – Prepared in a similar way to Boerewors but without pork, our Droewors combines beef and lamb, then dries it like biltong. A deliciously savoury snack for any occasion!
